What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
One of my biggest challenges is working with the long time horizons of partnerships. Developing partnerships between universities requires input and collaboration between many different faculty and staff members at an institution.
The partnership timeline can stretch over years, depending on who is involved and the shared goal. Therefore, maintaining consistency throughout the partnership development process can definitely be a challenge.
