What does a day in the life of a wellness leadership coach and consultant look like?

That's a good question. Because I hold so many hats as a consultant running my own business, every single day looks very different.

One day, for example, I might be focusing on administrative work, handling finances, and looking at my cash flow. The next day, I might be focusing on marketing, continuously outreaching to increase my visibility and let people know about the work I do.

Sprinkled throughout, I'll be meeting with clients to develop networks, grow my relationships, and explore opportunities for work. In between all of that, I'll be coaching people and leading trainings with organizations. That's a typical day and the typical things I do.

It also varies. Every single day is different. What's unique is that because I have my own business, I'm able to craft a schedule that supports my own well-being.

This helps me prioritize things I really care about, like being with family, taking breaks, or getting outdoors. I make sure to plant those in my schedule too. The heart of the work I do is helping people center their own well-being to become effective leaders, so I want to practice that for myself and incorporate it into my day.
