Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your college experience? Please include any internships or jobs you had before your current role.

Before starting with my experiences in college, I had my first job at California Lutheran University, also known as CLU. I worked at the career services center as an administrative assistant.

From there, I transitioned to being an RA and also supported the gym. I worked as an assistant at the gym and taught hip hop dance classes at CLU. While I was in college, I realized I wanted to move into teaching and took a role as a PE teacher.

After college, I went straight into teaching and taught for six years at various schools and school districts. I then realized I didn't want to continue in that path and transitioned to working more holistically with youth.

That's when I began to develop my coaching skills, becoming a stronger facilitator and trainer. I started developing workshops and trainings around leadership development, which led me to my current role as a leadership and wellness coach and consultant.

Now, I support organizations in flourishing in their work environment by helping people become effective leaders and assisting teams in developing stronger, more cohesive ways of working together. I also support individuals in their personal development, helping them determine where they want to go in life, what they want to achieve, and how they want to get there through my coaching practice.
