What is your biggest challenge in your role?
The biggest challenge is being able to effectively communicate with a client. Each client will have different goals, be in different industries, and have different needs. No two clients are the same.
For me, that was a bit of a struggle at first. I had to learn to understand not only what one client was asking for, but also differentiate their needs from another client's, even if their needs sounded very similar on the surface.
This is something I feel I was able to overcome as I've learned and grown as a young professional. It's still an area I'm learning in every day.
