I am a program manager in Advertiser Trust and Safety. I'm on a strategic initiatives team, which means we ensure there's commonality and strong processes between the different departments and teams working on their individual problems.
We run initiatives to make sure the organization runs smoothly and effectively. We improve operational efficiency, run very major annual planning sessions, annual road mapping, goal setting, and other ways to keep a really big organization with lots of moving parts aligned.
