Significant Career Lesson from a President at Rudin Enterprises
Josh, President at Rudin Enterprises, emphasizes the importance of seeking help and building a team, stating that "asking for help...and hiring people to do things for you is the fastest way to growth." This contrasts with a past mistake where a lack of seeking advice led to a negative outcome, highlighting the value of collaboration and leveraging others' expertise for career success.

What is one lesson you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
The number one lesson I learned is that you can ask for help. You don't have to do everything on your own. If you don't have the answer, plenty of people do.
I also learned you have to screen a tenant before you let them stay in your house. I didn't do that and tried to figure things out on my own. I could have asked, "What do you do before renting out?"
Asking for help and hiring people to do things for you is the fastest way to growth. Anyone who tries to do everything on their own will probably fail. I think a team is very important.
