What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I handle a team of around 20 civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, and about 600 workers and subcontractors. I basically rally that whole team to construct a 47-story residential development.

This includes the residential tower as well as the site development amenities. My role is essentially to ensure that the project is built safely, on time, within budget, and at, or if possible, exceeding the set quality standards.

This involves a lot of coordination with all of our stakeholders. By stakeholders, I mean the team, the engineers, the workers, upper management, my boss, his boss, the architects and designers involved, the trade contractors, and even our neighbors and local government units.
