How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
A lot of the people who thrive in this industry are likely those who are the most well-networked. I actually discussed this with someone else recently.
Many successful founders are those who have really good distribution or can access people with really good distribution. So, if you truly want to thrive, it's not just about being a good operator, making a good product, or being good at talking.
It's about whether you can connect with people on a deeper level and convince them to hop on board with your ideas. Therefore, I would say it's definitely for people who have mastered the art of getting and rallying people together. If you can do that, you'll thrive in this space.
