What are your main responsibilities within your role?
As someone who starts a lot of companies, my main responsibility is always selling and recruiting. Recruiting is basically just selling with a few extra steps.
What that looks like is customer meetings, outbound outreach, and research so I can get to know who I'm reaching out to. Lastly, it involves coming up with new ways to develop the business. There are many different things that go on in a business, so you're always wearing a lot of hats, but at the end of the day, you're always selling.
