What is your biggest challenge in your role?
For us, we are a startup, so there wasn't a foundation that we could rely on or look to for past data. Everything is starting from the ground up, and we're creating it ourselves.
This is exciting and a lot of fun, but it's also hard to point to past facts and say, "This worked before, let's continue doing this." There's a lot of justification for what we're doing without having any of that past data.
On top of that, we're a professional league with big expectations. We need to perform and grow, and we need to do it quickly. So, those would probably be the biggest challenges in the role.
