How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
To thrive in this industry, I'll talk about construction and marketing, but also entrepreneurship as the core principle. To thrive in entrepreneurship, you need to be a go-getter, self-motivated, and have the ability to work on the fly, juggling many things.
If you are not willing to put the work in, you will not do well in this industry. Entrepreneurship is a grind; this is a consistent theme you'll hear from any entrepreneur. It's not something they do on weekends or just to pass the time.
To do it right and be successful, you have to dive in. At the end of the day, you must be self-motivated and have that drive within you. For me, believing in the mission of the organization really helps with that drive.
Being well-organized and knowing how to operate multiple things simultaneously is also super important. This means multitasking and ensuring you are in control of all these different cars moving at the same time, sometimes in different directions.
