What does a day in the life of a partner look like?
Every day is different. For one of my staff members, the writer, her role is to research, put together outlines, and write content for clients.
For my salesperson, he focuses on calling contractors and recruiting them onto the team. My day-to-day staff interact with homeowners, guide them through the process, and match them with contractors.
The role of a partner is to oversee all aspects of their respective areas and the business as a whole. This includes operations, systems, web and marketing, and addressing any issues that arise. The goal is to ensure everything is functioning optimally and contributing to the growth of the business.
There isn't one day that's identical to another. In a week, I have various priorities and goals, but they are not the same. This variability is consistent with any partner or anyone working at this level within our organization.
