How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
People who thrive in this industry, for the most part, just need to do their work the best that they can. When you do that, you're always going to thrive in a position.
You have to show initiative. I say that because you'll be dealing with different patients and care partners. You might have a patient who doesn't have any care partners, so you have to figure out the best route for them.
You always have to think outside the box. As long as you're always thinking and maintain good morale regarding the patient, you're always trying to improve. Then, the sky's the limit in this position.
Just be dedicated to patient care. My mentality has always been patient care first, prioritizing it over other logistics within Kaiser. Whatever their experience is, and what they love about it, and the good reviews we receive, I'm always trying to improve that.
