What are your main responsibilities within your role?
Okay. For my current roles, I cover three providers. I also help one social worker in a memory clinic in Oakland, Kaiser, and in Richmond Kaiser.
I'm the only person in my role, so I cover about 100 to 150 patients per month. I help assist with completing their questionnaires and I do memory tests on patients. These tests are called Montreal Cognitive Assessment Tests.
I also help with data and Excel work on the backend, just trying to build up this memory clinic. When I first started, it was pretty much nothing, but now we have three providers and one social worker.
We're still building as a team. As of right now, our patient load has almost quadrupled since I started, within the last three years.
