What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

One lesson I've learned is don't work so hard for the sake of it. If you do something repeatedly for more than 10 minutes, there has to be a way to automate it.

Be lazy, but smart. That way, as one person, you can do the jobs of ten people.
