What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

Seeing the new generation entering traditional industries like cleaning and plumbing is exciting. The average age in these trades used to be around 55.

Recently, though, I've noticed many young people, some as young as 18 or 20, joining these industries. Within a year or two, they are achieving remarkable success, even making millions.

I love that they're not following the traditional path. Being young, they can quickly learn new technologies and marketing strategies. They then use these skills to build their own businesses, often by the time they're 21.
