What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most, and I know this might sound cheesy, is the people. Adobe has a great culture, and everyone I work with is so supportive. This has been especially helpful since I'm new, fresh out of college, and starting my career.

Everyone is willing to set up a coffee chat to explain how a product works, delve into technical details, or even proofread an email. They're always there for me, which is very nice.

This support was particularly valuable when I became the head PM for the first time on some of my projects. Sometimes we have multiple PMs, but I felt very supported instead of being thrown into the deep end. I was the main PM and the primary point of contact for the client.

I had my "tribe" with me, whom I could always ping with questions. I could confirm I was doing the right thing or that what I was sending made sense. The people truly make everything better.

It also helps when your clients are great. Many of my clients have been awesome to work with and very easy to interact with, which certainly makes life a little bit easier.
