What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
It's truly helping people; it's amazing. It's like when you're an educator or a teacher in a classroom and you see children grow and have those "aha" moments.
It's the same with working with educators as they grow on their path. It's also rewarding working with individuals through health and wellness coaching.
Seeing them make these micro, mini changes and then having them come back to share their successes and experiences is definitely truly helping people and seeing that growth.
