What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I've always been challenged in my role at every single level. I'm always reviewing different company processes, and in turn, I'm always learning about different functions and products.
I also get exposure to senior management throughout the company because of the work that I do, whether it's monitoring the areas under my oversight or performing an audit. I meet with different teams and levels of management several times a day.
So I really get to interact with a lot of people and make a direct impact on their day-to-day.
