What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

I'd say the biggest challenge is also what makes it so exciting: the challenge of multitasking. We're tasked with auditing multiple topics at a time.

It's not always easy to set one audit down and pivot to the next one. This is especially true if you're in the zone on a particular audit and really getting to the bottom of things. But then a meeting comes up, and you realize you have a walkthrough for a different audit.

You need to switch your mindset and start to go into that topic. This means pivoting from auditing compliance to jumping into risk modeling, which requires a totally different frame of mind.

But it definitely teaches you to be nimble and to adjust quickly. It also helps you think quickly on your feet, which I love. And it keeps everything interesting.
