What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
Flexibility is really important. It's good to understand the processes, templates, or systems that should be used.
But in project management, every project and every client is a little different. Whether it's an internal or external client, being flexible and listening to their needs is crucial.
You then need to respond and formulate a plan to meet those needs. Every company I've worked at has had different systems and processes they consider best practices.
Using those as guidelines, and again, really listening to the client and your team, is always going to be different from one project to another. Being able to take in that information and craft a plan that works for their needs is key.
