How would you describe people who typically thrive in this creative industry?
People who thrive in the world of creative are innately curious and confident, but at the same time are passionate about story. That doesn't mean you have to love movies, TV, or writing.
It's about being passionate about the art of story. Story, in my mind, is about sharing, consuming, and interacting. If you have a passion there, you're going to thrive in producing and developing creative ideas.
It's this idea that there is something out there that you can grab from the ether and develop into an idea. This idea will resonate, develop an emotional relationship, and elicit an emotional reaction and connection with somebody else. That, at the end of the day, is what makes you thrive.
