What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?

Absolutely. This industry, just like any other, is driven by sales. We're leaving an impact on people's lives every single day and helping them, which is goal number one.

But at the end of the day, you need sales and to get new customers in the door every day. Otherwise, it's very easy to sputter out, especially for a new business.

Making sure that you're always getting content for social media and putting out fresh, new ideas is really important to attract new customers. This includes getting sales, bringing new people in, and keeping them on a consistent basis.
