What does a day in the life of a founder of the Sun Cycle look like?
Absolutely. Echoing what I covered in the last question, I wear a lot of different hats. As the lead instructor, it's my responsibility to ensure my classes are up to par.
I'm constantly developing and creating new classes for myself and the other instructors. I also head up the setup team, responsible for making sure all the bikes are in working order and ready for each class on the beach.
From the marketing end, I'm responsible for all social media. My day-to-day involves capturing content. Being a small business, social media and SEO are crucial for our company's growth.
Collecting content to post to our social media handles is really important. From a financial aspect, I focus on hitting our projections regarding class sizes and ensuring our forecasts are correct. Attracting new riders on a day-to-day basis is also a key focus from a sales perspective.
