What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

This one's easy. Deadlines are rigorous, demanding, and unforgiving. You can't miss them; you have to meet them to do business.

This can lead to a lot of overtime if time management isn't utilized properly. However, most days and months are pretty easygoing in this environment.

It's only when something out of the ordinary happens and requires spontaneous research, or nobody knows what's going on. Or, somebody dragged their feet and didn't do their work throughout the month, and now it's month-end with tons of stuff behind schedule. It's stuff like that which causes problems.

For the most part, these are fixable things. But deadlines are the biggest problem.
