What did you do in undergrad to set yourself up for success in your career?
Looking back at my college years, I would say I was really open to talking to professors and upperclassmen. I wanted to hear their experiences and apply what I could to my career path.
I've been fortunate to have a lot of mentors in my life. Being open to learning from people has really helped me in my career.
Just being receptive to advice and keeping those connections alive has been important. Relationships take work, and those relationships are very valuable, warranting the effort.
