Q8: Who thrives in industry?

How would you describe people who typically thrive in your industry?

For number one, you are a hard worker, and you have genuine curiosity and a strong intuition. I think people who thrive in this industry are really good at building relationships.

That's a big component. You need to be able to build rapport and relationships not only with your client counterparts but also within the company. Every time you finish a project, you'll look to your next one to figure out what's coming up.

Being able to build relationships within the company is important so that when a partner has a new project, they'll think of you and want to staff you.

I feel like people who thrive in this industry are "yes people." They get a lot of energy from challenging situations. They are always willing to take on difficult questions or challenging problems, and they get a lot of excitement from that.
