**College Ideas for Success**

What did you do in your undergrad to set you up for success in your career?

Ultimately, what I did was work really hard, as cliché as that might sound. I absolutely did not have a plan or a concrete path that I thought I had to stick to, but I did know what I was good at.

I knew what I enjoyed, and I designed my immediate career around those things. I continue to do that throughout my career, knowing that the things I enjoy and the things that I am good at will continue to evolve.

I have always been a really hard worker, and anything that I do, I try to do well. If there's one thing, it's that, and not putting too much pressure on myself to have the perfect career plan or career path. Have fun and enjoy yourself. Know what you're good at and work hard.
