What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I would say the current role isn't the best way to characterize it. What I enjoy most about being in the service is the opportunity to lead and to develop future leaders.

It seems a bit trite and generic, but after you become beyond a subject matter expert, and kind of get to the point where I am, where I have been promoted at least four times, the basic day-to-day minutia really isn't all that engaging or interesting anymore.

The real value you start to provide in an organization is mentoring and really bringing up the future leadership, and kind of setting the stage for them to be successful.
