What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
I wish someone had told me how much the relationship aspect matters. I think that would have given me more confidence at the start.
It was very intimidating coming into this role as an undergrad. When you don't know much and you see tumultuous economic times going on around you, it's pretty nerve-wracking.
I think there are a number of ways to succeed at any of these companies if you are willing to push yourself and leverage your strengths.
