What do you enjoy the most about being in your industry?
Education is one of the few industries that has a profound impact on almost everyone in our society. With emerging technologies in recent decades, we are seeing very rapid development and a lot of disruption in the industry.
There is potential to change the way we teach and learn forever, for the better. Things like gamification, AI, and ChatGPT are all promising for the future of education. It's an exciting time to be in that tech.
We will probably see the industry finally change from its hundred-year-old model to something more humanistic. We will be able to meet learners where they are. It's not going to be a chore anymore; it's going to be addictive and fun.
Everyone just having fun while learning—that's my ultimate vision. I think we probably already have the right tools, technology, and the opportunity to do that now.
