What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

When I joined the newly established company, I was pretty much starting from scratch. I was identifying key customer segments and building a product-market fit strategy for those segments.

I was also working a lot on identifying new customer leads and how to convert them to paying customers. This included setting up CRM systems for managing customer relations and building the company's overall brand. I also redesigned the website and built marketing materials.
