What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
Currently, I'm running a team that supports my clients. We work collaboratively to address day-to-day questions, plan for the next 12 months, and review contracts. We also meet with employees and independent contractors of those companies.
We solve issues and deal with administrative matters that may arise. We strive to be as proactive as possible to set expectations for our corporate clients.
However, invariably, every day we receive phone calls, emails, and text messages when something isn't working. We then have to adjust and put out fires as they come up. This happens while we are also trying to proactively plan people's budgets and strategize for the next six to 12 month period.
