What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
Respect everyone. I don't know if it's a lesson that I've learned or just as much of a lesson that I want to share, but don't get caught up in titles or seniority.
Really, just treat everyone with the same level of respect in this industry. I've been in it for 27 years.
I've crossed paths with many people over and over again in different places at different times. I hope that they have always felt that no matter where either of us was in the timeline, the way I responded to them and treated them was the same.
I think that is just really, really important.
