What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

With this role, if I could go back and give myself more advice, I'd say even though they might be friendly and try to, especially in the Bay Area, you want to since they want to harbor that tech vibe, but at the same time, as a biotech, you're strictly regulated. So you still have to follow and adhere to that.

So you have that work hard, play hard mentality. I would still say at work, make sure you're on top of your game.
