What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

I think that no matter what, you're going to make mistakes, and it's not a big deal. It's more about how you handle the mistake and what you've learned from it.

One of the biggest things in our office is that if you've made a mistake, you should be willing to ask for help. This allows someone to show you how to do it properly, so you can learn from that mistake and move forward.

We've definitely had people before who were not willing to learn from their past mistakes, and it made it very difficult to trust them with the work they were supposed to be doing. So, being able to grow and learn from what you've done has been extremely beneficial.
