What are your main responsibilities within your role?
My main responsibilities as both a human resources and accounting assistant are largely focused on payroll each week. This involves ensuring everyone's hours are recorded properly in our payroll platform. I also make sure that benefits and any other deductions are being included.
On the accounting side, I primarily handle accounts receivable for our service operations. Additionally, I perform bank account reconciliations each month.
