What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
One of the things I love most is that, since it's a small company, I've been able to learn a lot of different skills. My position is titled as an accounting and human resources assistant, but I've learned so many other things besides that.
I've helped with customer service and assisted with fundraising. I've also helped with planning and hosting networking events. This has been a great experience to push myself outside my comfort zone, beyond just the things I felt more comfortable with.
