What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I'm blessed and lucky enough to have my best friend as my co-founder. He handles everything he excels in, and I handle what I excel in. We complement each other really well.

My role involves sales, marketing, outreach, public speaking, and raising awareness. Essentially, I generate the demand. My co-founder, Juliano, generates the supply.

He's our operations guy. He ensures that if a celebrity like Justin Bieber posts about us, we don't sell out. Having both these functions working is critical, especially when you're creating a new category.

It's especially important for us because we're creating both supply and demand simultaneously. People say selling out is a good problem to have, but selling out repeatedly is a glaring issue.

Customers want to give you their money, and you can't accept it. That's not good. You don't want to keep people waiting; you want to provide an amazing experience from the moment they hear about your product.

This includes the entire process from ordering and delivery to unboxing and the first time they try it. All of this leads to word-of-mouth marketing, which is invaluable.

Word-of-mouth marketing is something you can't truly buy; it has to be earned through positive experiences. Customers need reasons to share your product with their friends and family.

I believe our success is mainly due to word-of-mouth. I thank Juliano every day and tell him I can't do this without him.
