What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success?
I would say that I could have done more in undergrad to set me up for success. I was working throughout college and didn't really have a supportive family member who had been to college before. So, I was primarily focused on graduating and making it to the next step in my life.
I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do when I entered the workforce, and I'm still really learning even what's out there. If I were to go back, I would maybe use my advisors a little more, look for companies that could help me, and focus more on internships.
I would also plan ahead a bit more instead of just focusing on what's happening right now, like how to get to the next class, how to pass a test, or how to pay rent. Being able to see more into the future would have been very helpful.
