What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I really love the "aha" moments that I get to see from people when I'm facilitating for them during onboarding. I think that's why I love being a facilitator: you can really demonstrate for other people the skill that they already have within themselves.
Whenever I see that realization moment for them, it's so gratifying. It's why I do the work that I do – to help other people's working lives be better, simpler, more pleasant, and more productive.
I think the thing that I love about being in my role and what I really love about doing onboarding is that you have that so consistently. It's like every single week I get that reminder of why I'm doing this and who I'm supporting. That's what I love about my current role.
