What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
One of the things I love about learning and development is that we are such a clear community of sharing resources and knowledge. This makes sense because we are in learning development. We know we will continue to learn and grow, and we want to share resources with each other.
I love that and the idea of continuing to share those insights, being really authentic and transparent. There's a certain type of person who truly develops and thrives in learning development, and luckily, they're all lovely. That's what I love about being in my industry.
