Q6: Biggest challenge - role
Currently, my biggest challenge changes depending on the part of the business. When starting something new, the first major challenge is identifying your niche and getting your name out there.
Once you start getting sales, the next challenge is automating the backend of your business. You also need to ensure the customer and user experience is working and aligned.
You reach a point where you realize you're limited by what you can do personally. The biggest challenge right now is scaling and growth, as I'm capped on how much one-on-one work I can handle.
I need systems that operate passively so I can generate income without being constantly present. This is the stage of scaling I'm currently in. I'm making good money, but I need to think long-term about building the business.
To address this, I'm interviewing growth marketers. I need people who can manage backend tasks, test ads, and analyze data and returns. While I could do this myself, it would take significantly longer to analyze the data and make adjustments. Hiring someone experienced in this area for other businesses is more efficient.
This is my current challenge, but a year ago it would have been different, perhaps content, marketing, or time management. It evolves a lot, and I know that once this is settled, a new challenge will arise. As they say, "new level, new devil."
