What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
There's so much happening in the technology ecosystem, especially regarding AI. Salesforce is certainly on the cutting edge of that. I'd have to say that innovation and being so close to innovative people is one of the most exciting aspects of working in the tech industry.
Artificial intelligence is definitely going to change the way that designers work. It's certainly changed the way that I work. But we are in a really important position where we have to make this artificial intelligence not only ethical, but equitable.
I truly do think that AI can have a positive influence on the world of accessibility and making content more accessible. But we need to prioritize training people on how to use it in that manner.
As it starts to go through iterations and also evolve, it's going to be really important that individuals with disabilities have a voice and a seat at the table so that we can turn this into something that everyone can use and benefit from. Innovation through and through is one of the most exciting parts of working in a tech industry space.
