What do you enjoy the most about your industry?
Oh, that's a good one. I think what I love about marketing is that it's so creative. I came from an engineering background, and the reason I switched to marketing was because, while engineers can be creative, marketing as a whole is incredibly so.
I am not a fully creative person, though I have my moments. The ability to take something potentially mundane and make it look amazing, to appeal to other people, is really impactful. It's the core of any messaging you see from any brand.
That messaging runs through marketing in some way, or it should. I think that's just a really powerful place to be in any industry.
