What is the biggest challenge in your current role?
The thing I constantly have to work on, I would actually say two things, is working cross-functionally. My specific role works with everyone from communications teams to policy, products, and legal.
I'm on marketing. So there are always a lot of stakeholders and a lot of cooks in the kitchen. Trying to steer that and help a project still move along is often really difficult.
It's something I think I'm good at, but I'm always trying to find different ways to do that.
