What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My current role is as a senior specialist in the member experience department at Tinder. My main responsibilities include product delivery, which is essentially making sure that anytime a new feature is launched, we are monitoring for bugs and user feedback.

This ensures the app works perfectly fine once there's a new release. I also work cross-functionally with engineers and product managers. If there is any high-priority bug or any outages on the app, I escalate that to engineers.

I'm also able to give feedback to product managers when they are developing new features. I share what users have been liking so far, which hopefully helps inform their decisions.
