What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think the biggest challenge is that because I work so closely with the actual users of the app, I want to help all of them. I want to solve all the issues they are experiencing.
There's only so much a team of engineers can do right away. Some things really take time. Some things just can't be changed just because a hundred users say they want it.
So, I think that's probably the hardest part. You're kind of the middleman between engineers, the company, and the product of the app, and then the users. You want to be able to help both at the same time.
