Who thrives in industry?
How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry? I think we are creative thinkers, always generating ideas all the time.
People also need to be fast-paced and adaptable. This industry is changing every second. Things are always changing, so you need to be very adaptable and flexible.
Sometimes campaigns don't go the way they're supposed to, so you have to pivot a lot. We're also strong communicators. We need to communicate to different audiences what our clients' brands are.
We also need to communicate internally to make sure that we're being authentic and everything that we do makes sense for our clients. So, I would say all of that.
