What skills are most important for a job like yours?

The first thing is attention to detail. There's a lot of information going back and forth from various people, from the client, from the government, and from the company itself.

You really need that attention to detail so you know where to focus your attention and ensure you're getting all the necessary information to complete your task.

The next thing, which is my biggest focus, would be communication. You have to know how to communicate, and communicate differently according to who you're working with.

There's a certain way to speak to your coworkers, your managers, and the client. You have to know how to balance that communication skill and relay what you're doing and how you're doing it. Communication is definitely the most important.
